Comfortable and soft with good protection (L and R buttons would be most vulnerable but are fully covered.)Provides a decent palm offset for a more ergonomic use

this is probably nintendo's problem but the button the right hadn side are located slightly too low that it really makes it awkward4

And when I do press the L and R buttons myself let's say when playing smash bros, the buttons stay pressed when all I do is gently pull the rubber triggers

It felt nice in his hands, but he kept taking it off because it causes the buttons to stick on and interfered with game play

In addition, I didn't like the silicone R and L button

The one issue I have with it is it makes the L and R buttons feel too mushy

the button the edge is slightly hard to press and it deforms the case3

The L/R buttons are are sometimes too stiff and will be held down or too sensitive that it will just activate on it's own, thus you'll probably have to make more holes in order to enjoy this product
