I enjoy this case a lot

The 'case' definitely protects the device from drops and bangs, while also making the device feel like a proper console controller

so easily you gotta clean the case often.

I had the clear thin case, but i thought it wasnt good enough

Somewhat difficult to put on, and the L/R buttons can be activated on accident, but overall a nice case that will feel better in your hands and do a decent job of protecting your new 3dsxl from falls.

They didnt cut a hole for the game cartridge slot, so you have to take off the case to switch games or cut a hole yourself, very poor design flaw... but the case itself feels nice in the hand and hopefully will reduce hand cramps from holding the smaller size of the 3ds xl.

My 5 year old daughter prefers this case over the ones that have access to the game slot which is why I gave it 3 stars.

It is a very secure case and I would feel comfortable dropping it, but the 3ds became non-functional with this on, which became a pain to fix, and now it's not as comfortable but it works.

This case is so nice and squishy and really gives me something to hold on to, I couldn't use my 3DS without it at this point

This case is not very good because the rear buttons are forced in the pushed position from the case

It might cost more than most other plastic or steel cases but this will not damage your 3DS from normal wear and tear nor will a typical drop allow anything to mar your setup

The case does cover the game cartridge slot, but it's easy enough to pell it back and insert the game.

We tried cutting a hole out to easily put in cartridges, but now the case just looks like something from the junk yard

Very comfortable, but I'm confused as to why it doesn't have a cut out for the game card slot.

On a personal note, my hands are prone to cramping after just a few minutes of gameplay on my DS XL, now I can comfortably enjoy gaming for as long as I want!
