dreamGEAR Comfort GRIP Protection for your NEW Nintendo 3DS XL

    • Helps a bit with the terrible ergonomics of the 3DS, I can game for more like ~1 hour without my hands cramping up, as opposed to ~20 minutes without it.
    • The grip is comfortable and slip proof though so I can play for many hours now without hand cramp.
    • For anyone with big hands, like myself, or who finds their hands cramping up while playing for long periods of time this grip is for you
    • Can play for hours without ever getting hand cramps
    • Easier to hold the New 3DS without hands cramping
    • Prevents hand cramps when playing for prolonged periods
    • It adds support underneath but does nothing to widen the grip, which I find is what causes hand cramping.
    • It does a great job of alleviating the horrible hand cramp that I get when playing for extended periods.
    • This is a very comfortable protector grip to avoid hand cramps.
    • The reason I got it was to fight hand cramping when holding my 3DS, but this was extremely flimsy and uncomfortable to hold
    • I play a lot of 3DS games that coerce you into playing for unreasonably long periods - Monster Hunter 4 is the biggest culprit - and this prevents a lot of the hand cramping issues that normally arise
    • Cuts down on hand cramping for long hours of play
    • Definitely helps my hand cramps and numbness in my pinky and ring finger.
    • I was getting massive hand cramps after 20-30 minutes of play and that has pretty much gone away since getting these grips.
    • I play roughly 30 min to an hour at a time, and I can say that since purchasing the original nintendo flip ds years ago, I've always noticed how my hands cramp and hurt with even a short playing time
    • Definitely recommended if you like playing long sessions, or are finding your hands cramp up at all while playing.
    • I have carpal tunnel in both wrists and trouble with hands cramping from holding the console by itself
    • I didnt get hand cramps
    • As slightly annoying as this was, it was FAR LESS annoying than massive hand cramps

    • It helps a lot with the hand cramps my daughter gets when playing
    • (Purchased for the New 3DS XL)It seems a lot of people bought this because they have large hands, but mine are actually pretty small and this still helps a great deal with hand cramps
    • They didnt cut a hole for the game cartridge slot, so you have to take off the case to switch games or cut a hole yourself, very poor design flaw... but the case itself feels nice in the hand and hopefully will reduce hand cramps from holding the smaller size of the 3ds xl.
    • I can play my 3dsxl now without my hands cramping
    • That game required me to hold my hand in a particular way which caused massive hand cramps
    • so naturally, hand cramps are a thing that can be very devastaing to my productivity
    • Pros:- Excellent protection against small drops and every day activity.- Easier grip on the 3DS that helps prevent hand cramps and pain due to the otherwise awkward
    • Very comfortable, but I'm confused as to why it doesn't have a cut out for the game card slot.
    • On a personal note, my hands are prone to cramping after just a few minutes of gameplay on my DS XL, now I can comfortably enjoy gaming for as long as I want!
    • If your like me and holding a D's hurts your hands after so long, this is a great help.
    • My son is very clumsy and his ds is 100% protected with this on
    • My ds feels like a controller
    • it does really protect the ds
    • Comfortable and soft with good protection (L and R buttons would be most vulnerable but are fully covered.)Provides a decent palm offset for a more ergonomic use
    • And the R and L buttons are really hard to push
    • In addition, I didn't like the silicone R and L button
    • The ports are all in the right places and the rear R and L buttons are still sensitive and it gives those buttons a nice trigger effect
    • Very comfortable, but I'm confused as to why it doesn't have a cut out for the game card slot.
