IF: you don't care about noise all that much and can live with a loud, buzzy hum and constant fan noise

The fan was just too loud for me so, I sent it back!

I have no idea why, although reading around on forums a lot of people have had the same impression -- some attribute it to crappy fans or cheap power supplies -- I don't know enough to say one way or another
