I have numb right hand fingers from a back injury and these picks stay where I want them, between my finger and thumb and not on the floor or someone's lap

The only issue I had with the original is that they could become rather slippery if my hands became sweaty

I prefer the hand feeling of the red/black nylon, they're smoother, while the Max-Grip texture "hurt" my hand a little

It takes a bit of time to adjust the right hand technique however
