I would say the Davas are slightly more flexible (literally, not figuratively).Also a fan of the regular Jazz IIIs, and prefer their tone to the Max-Grips.

I will file the edge with fine sandpaper just to get rid of the small ridge around the edge, which improves the tone greatly

As someone else points out, you'd imagine that they would just wreck your tone when it comes to playing clean chords, but a slight adjustment of your technique can fix this

I highly recommend these picks to people who have slipping problems like I had with other picks and the tone is great.

I find the Dava master control more to my liking for most things, but I still use the jazz III's from time to time when I just want a simple clean pick tone.
