I recommend buying a clear coat for whatever paint you are using to ensure proper protection.

Did not effect top coat color.

The top coat did not adhere

I thought this might be an issue with just the promoter/primer, but the value on the clear coat failed in a completely different way

Used this on plastic parts before I painted them with my cars top coat

Used 2 coats of this followed by 2 coats primer, 3 coats paint, 3 coats clear
