• Reviews around program (3.44 of 5)

    EA Sports Active 2 - Xbox 360

    • Considering there is a max recommended heart rate per age group, the program should make you slow down instead of telling you to go faster when your HR is 196 you are running like crazy but your avatar is barely moving.
    • The program also worked different areas of the body depending on what day you were on.
    • This program is AWFUL.
    • I have tried to like this program, even changed stuff around in my place
    • The program itself is clunky and very hard to manipulate.
    • Overall it seems like the program registers my movements in a very general way and then translates those movements not in a one-to-one real world movement, but as a way to hit a virtual forward button
    • I think this is an excellent workout program.
    • this said, this program is definatly not ready to be on the market and I do not know how they can get away with it because it is basically robbery.
    • Overall, I like the program.
    • The programs are very adaptable and flexible to meet your needs.
    • To list a few: not connecting to the EA servers, your screen body floating above the ground, the program not seeing that you are doing the exercise, the program basically not seeing you do any exercise that is ground based, the program getting confused if you want to work out with someone
    • I generally like this program and plan on continuing to use
    • the program getting confused if there is anybody that can be seen by the Kinect sensor, crashing and losing your entire days exercises, and overall lack of variety of exercises
    • Great program and workout
    • Maybe they'll make some updates in the next year that will make it a decent program.
    • Not sure if an athletic person would appreciate this program.
    • The fact that the program tracks your heart rate and calories burned puts this program in another level and shouldnt be compared to other programs that dont have that feature
    • The game also sees me, but not as well as the Kinect Adventures program, whose avatars always do what I am doing.
    • Maybe it's tracking my heart rate or something)I own Ubisoft's Yourshape evolved, and thought it's a good program, but a tiny bit quirky, and in some ways, not as sporty as I had hoped
    • But overall this is a very enjoyable and challenging program.
    • It is not an easy program (probably because I started out on HARD) but its kicking my butt and doing what it was intended to do
