A few weeks ago I posted a 2 star review for these 9 Volt batteries based on the fact that the batteries did not work in my smoke alarms.

They have been in my smoke alarms now for 3 days.

After I charged the EBL batteries with the EBL charger I placed the EBL batteries in my smoke alarms.

I bought these for my smoke alarms because I read that mine were probably chirping due to weak batteries even though the batteries weren't "dying"....

As soon as I placed the EBL battery in the smoke alarm, it beeped to signify that the battery was not sufficiently charged.

We replaced our fire alarm batteries with these and o haven’t had any issues
