GREAT sound quality .... easy to setup and use.

This speaker, and I call it this because the two generations before it had terrible sound quality, really produces amazing sound and base compared to the Mini

The Echo Dot itself is pretty great - the sound quality is pretty good, the bass when turned up is not that great, but if you really want to rock out you can connect it to other speakers or just use something else instead.

For such a small unit, the sound quality is excellent, very responsive to voice commands and easy to connect to my downstairs Echo when I want music throughout the whole house.

The sound quality is better than my larger Alexa and it is more compact to pack and take with you on trips

New Alexa has Vulcan hearing and had outstanding sound quality.

The sound quality and output are excellent, and integration with smart lights has been easy and mostly bug-free (can't say for sure whether issues have been due to the lights or the Echo Dot, so reserving judgment on that until I do some more

If you're looking for better music quality, I would suggest one of the MANY third-party ad-on speakers instead of this 'upgrade'.
