Seriously, I've seen a lot of bass amps in my time, played on some nice gear, and while I wouldn't say this is THE best bass head out there, it is sure up there.

I was totally expecting a decent sounding little amp that I would upgrade from but I wouldn't trade this thing for the world.

So far it seems to be quite solid and reliable, unlike my previous amp, which was the first version of the workingmans 10 (whose power-supply capacitors keep shaking and breaking off), plus a better extension cab.

I can't think of another 300 watt head this cheap.
