I have to say these headphones have very good sound, good bass

These original earbuds have a smooth sound, no tinny highs, adequate bass, and simply make music sound good

I was looking for a pair of headphones that had decent bass in them.

Sound quality is great with these, bass is solid and treble extensive all that good stuff

They are very natural sounding with strong, punchy bass reproduction and a bright clean treble.

Clear audio, no bass (of course), comfortable plastic earbud shell rest on-ear and mean no discomfort from extended length listening as with in-ear

The bass is there, but not overpowering, and the treble is clear, without being sibilant (the really annoying/painful frequencies on "S" sounds).

Greatly disappointing, because these vintage Sandisk Sansa buds were easily my favorite sounding earbuds at a rock bottom price: decent bass, clear response, and overall surprising and shockingly good for being the pair that originally came with one of the many models of Sandisk MP3 player

As an advice, stick to the ones that have 14mm driver or higher for good quality bass

Ironically, they are more bass-heavy than the $5.99 Panasonic RP-HV096 headphones, which I bought at the same time, and which come in a package that advertises "Powerful Bass."Obviously, there is a market for unnaturally bass-heavy sound.
