Yes , this is the Skyrim Base Game , I call it that , This is a game you can change just about everything about, graphics , character looks, scenery, They made the game to look and feel the way YOU want to play it, It is very interesting , I am new to gaming and the skyrim workshop on steam helped enormously , i am new to modding, a way to change the game, I (you'll) have and play this game a long time , I've only put a few graphics mods in, just to brighten the place up a bit, and i'm on lvl

Having instant access to DLC and creative mods from smart users makes this game endless hours of fun

After I beat the vanilla game I plan on trying some mods, there is a very mature mod community for this game.

The PC version has some highly impressive mods for it, not to mention comprehensive content-creation tools, to the point where the PC version of the game gets an extra half star from me.
