This is working great for my wife (age 62) because it's easy to use (after I hooked it up)

I would have given it 5 stars but there is an acknowledged bug on OS X 10.9 where if you Minimize the main window, you can not bring back it to the front, thus in effect, losing all your work.

Other than that little problem, it has been working well for home videos.

I have owned one for 3 years and use it to copy movies onto my computer, the software is quite simple to use, stable, works flawlessly as expected the only improvement might be to have a hdmi cable input, otherwise no complaints.

So far so good, it is working perfectly to convert my old VHS and VHS-C (using a VHS-C adapter I already had) to my hard drive.
