I have cleaned the heads, did the updates and still the print quality is awful

Many of us have used up tens of dollars worth of pricey ink cartridges trying to clean their printheads and then have given up; cleaning the ET-16500's heads won't break the bank; not even close

and I went through all the head cleaning procedures.

If the EcoTanks work as claimed, heads clean themselves as needed, after a year or two I'll be even more pleased after shelling out $800 for this rig and $0 for inkjet cartdriges!
