Once everything was set, the prints are good, although sometimes there are areas of patchiness

This is really a "deluxe" version of the basic Epson printer- this particular model has a lot of interesting features that aren't necessary but made the product seem extra cool- large color touchscreen, paper trays and drawers that slide out by themselves, wireless printing, etc

For a 4 in 1 printer it does a good job on pictures, and is terrific printing B&W docs effortlessly via Bluetooth.

That said, the printer now gives great photo quality prints

At 2400 dpi, the scan is a bit blur when printed out again and compare to the original print

Easy printing via wi-fi or from mobile devices

Easy to use, lots of options, clear printing and photos.

It may not be to the superior prints needed by professionals, but as advanced amateur photographers, we are pleased.

I also love the 2 sided printing

If you want top quality prints and are prepared to spend more money for ink than you would with other printers, this is the one to get!

I wasted a 10-pack of Strathmore Watercolor Cards with the images being printed vertically vs. horizontally after trying various settings

And even its B&W printing is fairly fast

As with all printers, it sucks up the ink and yet gives you a good print.

What a shame because they were much better than the new XP-960 producing more vivid prints even in draft mode.

The print function works fine, but the scanner is ALWAYS a problem

This printer creates beautiful looking prints, and its ability to print borderless photos up to 11x17" is a huge plus.

The real reason to own this for me is the promise of clear and long-lasting color (and B&W) prints

I find the 2 print trays a bit fussy, but OK.

After a few prints all the prints went totally muddy and were literally horrific.

Overall, the compact size, easy setup, reasonable price, excellent print quality (said to be long lasting due to Claria inks - provided the right Epson paper is used), quality scanning and copying makes this an excellent evolutionary product in the Epson line

I expected better colors printing on photo fabrics.

It completely messed up my wireless connection to all of my printers , eats paper when it feel like it and , frankly, I don’t find the print quality to be as vibrant and true as prints produced from my XP - 620

Next day, I call, they tell me clean print head blah blah

It just won't give me a decent print

The excellent print quality is partly due to the fact that this printer uses 6 cartridges (not the usual 4) for mixing colors, and of course this means the full-set of cartridges is expensive.

The only positive I can give this is that it's pretty cool looking
