    • Epson’s setup and installation were straightforward, and I only needed one tech support call.
    • Spend an hour and a half between two phone calls and 4 tech support/return personnel, they have me do the same testing and head cleaning.
    • I've owned Epson printers for about 10 years, usually they last 1-2 years before print quality declines and no amount of "tech support" will solve the issue.
    • I just put in brand new high capacity cartridges because of all the cleanings they required I do per tech support's procedures, and they are willing to give me 1/2-capacity cartridges for my new printer in exchange.
