I contacted Epson Tech Support and was instructed to clean the print head (after two weeks of ownership and maybe 20 prints.

Service center informed me of the international purchase (via Amazon), no warranty and expect $200+/head plus service to repair if they cannot soak and clean the print heads

Head clogs often.....

My only wish that is Epson (like HP and Canon) made the printer with user replaceable print heads

head cleaning does nothing to help.

It may be due to the fact I didn't print enough with them and the heads got so clogged they needed to be replaced.
