Ernie Ball Cobalt Regular Slinky Set, .010-.046

    • Sound great and last quite a long time while sounding crisp.
    • Good strings clean and crisp, last a long time.
    • I suppose beginners who haven't really developed calluses on their finger tips might have a hard time with them, but since my finger tips are pretty tough from playing a lot, that doesn't bother me at all
    • Don't waste your time and money
    • Just don't believe the hype, as I have a hard time finding all the reviews listing these strings as "groundbreaking" credible
    • I've bought these same strings for my boyfriend many many times and he loves them every time and they work great with his Dime-o-flame guitar

    • They have a good feel, last a long time, have good tone, and dial in very rapidly without a lot of tune and retune
    • Recommend some time for the strings to stretch.
    • these strings are insainly strong, last a very long time, but this will mean you have to re-fret your guitar with stainless steal fret-wire.in that note any string will wear your guitar's frets
    • They're very bright, crisp, clean, and last a long time.
    • Always great, I use these and D'Addario's all the time, and I love them both
    • You may not be as sensitive as I
    • I tried a set of the more expensive M-Steel's and did not like them at all, not even the feel
    • I am not a fan of these stings, I do not like how they are wrapped, they create too much drag on my fingers, they tarnish too fast (even when cleaning the strings after playing), and had the bottom E string unravel loose at the bridge and break while playing.
    • Sadly I didn't get a chance to try them out on my amp, because the Hi-E broke (see
    • High e string broke before meeting pitch.
    • Oh, and I don't break the E (9's) string any more
    • The low E string broke as soon as I got it in tune
    • In the set I used before this, the low E was dull; it didn't match the sound or the output of the other strings
