I can't say that I really hear a big difference between them and the Super Slinky Nickel strings that I normally use.
They definitely stayed in tune better than the standard super slinky strings
I was drawn to them due to the claim that the cobalt produces a louder sound compared to the "normal" super slinky strings
I have to say that I was sadly disappointed in the Super Slinky Cobalt strings by Ernie Ball
Feel The cobalt strings have a stiffer feel to them than a normal super slinky string, it does not exactly take more pressure to bend a string, but it is most definitely a noticeable difference
First, I like their clean, bright and loud sound and find their sustain to be much better than average.
often they are great sounding strings good sustain and bright and lasting longer than normal
The sustain is fantastic, they were well worth the few extra bucks over regular strings.
They stay in tune really well and the sustain truly is amazing
They have great sustain, feel silky smooth to the touch, and on a good set of stainless steel frets, they bend like nothing I've ever seen (while managing to stay in tune)
He said he loves the quality and the price was good also.
They soind really cheap and low quality
Purchased for my son, he says that they work exactly as he expected and loves the sound quality it gives when he plays.
The Cobalt strings seem to last a lot longer before they start going out of tune and losing tone quality, so to me it is well worth the extra cost of getting cobalt strings because I find myself changing them less often.

These strings have more output and sound ok, the thing o don't like is they are rough and somewhat
but they don't deserve to be trumped up as the best new thing (like the ads are claiming) since Leo Fender and the double price tag
I'm planning on buying another pack for that lone G string and keep the rest as a backup
The only thing that has been bugging me is that I just recently ripped apart the G string by accident, it may be because of how hard I was strumming, idk
The best thing about these is the tone and the fact that your fretting hand isn't left grey when done a long set.

So, definitely worth the price, and I feel like my axe has a new sound.
The price is great, the strings can take a beating, stay in tune pretty well, last just as long as any other string I've used
These are the best guitar strings I've ever played and they are sold here at a great price compared to what you would normally find in a music store.
I am not a fan of these stings, I do not like how they are wrapped, they create too much drag on my fingers, they tarnish too fast (even when cleaning the strings after playing), and had the bottom E string unravel loose at the bridge and break while playing.
I have NEVER gotten a bad set of Ernie Ball strings.....ever
Everything you would expecting from a fresh set of strings
I wanted a skinnier set of top strings, and a heavier set of bottoms
On top of being a good set of 9s, so the great flexibility is still there.

They look and feel a little more rough (grayish) than nickel wound strings

They are not as nice in full warm tone as the pure nickels

Sadly I didn't get a chance to try them out on my amp, because the Hi-E broke (see
Over all great feel, great tone, and i don't know if it is the guitar or the new strings but there is just rediculous amounts of susstain
In the set I used before this, the low E was dull; it didn't match the sound or the output of the other strings
I bet you anything you will adjust within seconds and you will appreciate the feel and sound more so than any other strings out there

These strings have a very strange feeling to them and do not feel right under my fingers when playing

I suppose beginners who haven't really developed calluses on their finger tips might have a hard time with them, but since my finger tips are pretty tough from playing a lot, that doesn't bother me at all
Sound great and last quite a long time while sounding crisp.
I tried a set of the more expensive M-Steel's and did not like them at all, not even the feel
these strings are insainly strong, last a very long time, but this will mean you have to re-fret your guitar with stainless steal fret-wire.in that note any string will wear your guitar's frets
I was pretty wrecked at decision time and disoriented from wearing a blind fold playing buzzed up for 4 hours
My best friend has the exact same Duo-Sonic as I do and I would play both blind folded with a set of Cobalts on one and any other
I put on a dark pair of sunglasses and then a blind fold and was handed the guitar
The wound strings (E, A, and D) are entirely too rough to the touch.
