Ernie Ball MVP, Most Valuable Pedal

    • If I were back in my club-gig days, tossing equipment in and out of dark trunks, I might question the open access to the pedal’s internal components under the foot control – too easy to get picks and other small items stuck in
    • The MVP pedal action is much tighter compared to the DeArmond and I prefer that because it makes fine control easier (no doubt decades of use have loosened up the DeArmond but even in its prime I remember wishing it were a little stiffer)
    • I've been using these types of pedals for years but this updated version with minimum volume and gain control is very nice. being able to change the pedal from a full mute to a damper pedal for volume is very useful and the overdrive gives that extra boost the signal needs
