The most difficult part of installing this very thick vinyl mat is unrolling it to flatness after receiving it rolled in a shipping box.

The mat has been great after being down almost a month on thick carpet.

The predecessor (thin mat) cracked in 12 months.

Other than the ridiculous amount of effort it took to unroll it, it works fine as a chair mat.

Despite being well - challenged by my weight (around 210#) and the weight of my oak office chair, the mat doesn't seem to "dent" badly at all on plush carpet with thick foam pad

I have gone through 2 cheaper mats that eventually crack into smitherines
