First off, the case of the Detector is a lot more sturdy and better crafted than previous products by escort

It comes with a really nice case, but I don’t see much use for it and adds to the cost of the unit

the case feels more solid than either of my other two, formerly top-of-the-line detectors (both are discontinued or phasing out), and significantly smaller

The final detail is the very nice case included for storage and transport, especially since mine is now taken into the house with me and no longer left in the car.

The case is nice, but my irk is that the instructions/manual dont fit inside, they should have cut the paper a different size to fit w/out folding

Just as perfect as what I need.
