The radar detector itself works perfectly

If you can afford it, the Max 2 is a good radar detector if you are interested in good radar protection without having to mess with/program a unit, you want reasonable false alert suppression (especially if you live in a city/urban environment) and you like the features the Max has to offer

Would definitely recommend this radar detector to anyone.

If you're buying this radar detector for the "award winning app" don't bother

Also the radar detector makes a raddling noise when I have it mounted in my sports car

but since radar detectors are pretty useless for laser I wouldn't worry about it anyhow.

The Radar Detector and System are Spectacular and I'm a V1 owner, but got to say this is a windshield mounted RD, left it in the truck window and later in the day went outside got into the hot truck and the detector was actually falling
