The Stainless was scratched like someone tried to weigh a cow on it - so aesthetically - it is very poor - as for weighing items, it seems to be working fine - so if you don't mind hiding it between uses...it will probably work for you...

I use it for soap making and it is extremely accurate- which is important when working with lye

I've had it for two months and it has been working pretty well, though it doesn't always go back to 0 when food is taken off the scale, so I always hit tare to make sure it's measuring accurately
