Picks up most commands, but has a little issue when music is playing or there is other background noise

I have checked the Genie vs Google Mini from all over my apartment and with background noise

My only complaint is that the device has a little more difficulty picking up voice commands and distinguishing what you say from background noises

Can't handle background noise at all

The first issue I have is that the microphone doesn't pick up my voice as well when there is background noise or the Genie is playing audio

Who at Anker/Eufy thought it was a good idea not to implement the same ability to change the wake word that real Echos have?Finally, these devices are extremely sensitive to background noise

On the other hand, almost everything else with the Eufy works as well as with the Dot, since the handful of missing features are ones I don't use even in the Dots.

After contacting the company they sent me a new device and they have upgraded the old ones and everything works as it should

The only minor quibble I have is that the microphone didn't seem as good as in the echo dot
