Mine looses connection or stop playing just because it wants to.

Downside, rare occasions it may lose wireless connection, but that may not be the fault of the Eufy <shrug>.

The issue is that loses its connection to my WiFi when it wakes up after going to sleep.

About once a day, the device loses internet connection and WILL NOT reconnect itself without pressing the reset button and going through the setup process again

Both of them continually lose connection and appear offline in the Alexa app which means they don't respond at all other than a minute of flashing light

Difficulty hearing me when I use the wake word, doesn't connect to Amazon Echo properly, and Spotify connection is spotty.

The network connection seems to drop fairly often while the connection on the Dot is more robust.

I did try it in the garage, dropping connection an then put Dot 3, worked terrific

The connection is stable and the voice recognition is quite accurate.

1:The device just keeps losing connection and I was not able to find a way in the eufy genie app to reset just the WiFi connection without having to deactivate the device and go through the entire setup process again

Bluetooth - currently, the Eufy Genie doesn't support bluetooth connections, but this is remedied somewhat with the included auxilary cable.
