So my only issue with the Genie was the lack of Bluetooth

I'm not sure why the tech world now loves using customers as guinea pigs, but delivering half a product to market is rather annoying and the lack of updates about forthcoming features that this thing should already have is highly disappointing

The bad: Dumb bugs and lack of features found on the official dot are an issue on this

Lack of bluetooth doesn't bother me one bit and not having the latest feature set out of the box also isn't keeping me from sending it back

The lack of a star is the limitation of not being able to use it to in sync with the echo devices to play music, I really like that about the Amazon devices

The next problem which I feel is a very poor integration of the Echo platform, is the lack of a sound (beep) when the wake word is heard

On the other hand, almost everything else with the Eufy works as well as with the Dot, since the handful of missing features are ones I don't use even in the Dots.

The product itself is excellent, the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars have to do with Amazon Alexa itself, as its very easy to mis-trigger, it has been falsely triggered multiple times by movie, tv shows or youtube videos, none of them specifically mention the

After contacting the company they sent me a new device and they have upgraded the old ones and everything works as it should

The only minor quibble I have is that the microphone didn't seem as good as in the echo dot

it only runs on 4Ghz which means when my phone is on my 5G network i have to switch my network and it doesn’t respond as fast as
