Overall, a well thought of design and in my opinion, Eufy took the best that the Amazon Dot had to offer and made it better and was able to offer a better product at a much lower price

i love amazon products, and i was excited to see this was compatible to my other devices

but I also know they usually make excellent products

The product is great also, microphone very sensitive from across the room, speaker audio is very clear and plenty loud.

Seems more like support was refusing to help me further as they suspect the product is defective.

This product is way better than expected

The Genie will respond to and answer all the same random questions and information searches the Echo will, it will run all of your "skills", it will play your music, and it will control all of the smart home products the Echo controls.

Unfortunately, the support really kills this product for us

I have 3 of these, despite the briefing complaint this is an otherwise solid product

The audio quality is super good for a $30 speaker, and best of all, I plan on using my Eufy Genie as the hub to all my new “smart home” products - want the lights in the kitchen on or off
