Most responses from the unit are very delayed

Unit sits next to router and a still a slow response compared to Alexa

When support was needed I had a very fast response.

Very decent sound quality, good Alexa responses and a good price.

I notice that the Genie doesn’t listen as well as the Echo Dot and the Genie’s responses are very slow in comparison

Bad responses, problems understanding questions, all the things that make it (still) a second-tier product

The voice is not good when compare to similar type speakers, response is very slow.

The sensitivity is great, I can be in another room and Alexa responds to my commands with fast response time and accuracy.

On it's own, it's a decent device, but not as good at hearing/understanding you as the Dot, and much slower response times.

It does not give an audible response when changing the volume using the volume buttons, as you can see in my video and while the lighted ring diminishes or grows when moving volume up or down it is not a good indicator of the volume level
