The camera makes a clicking noise now that wakes the baby

We've been using this camera for about three weeks and have totally loved it, but as of yesterday the monitor has stopped charging

The camera is awesome

and it’s top heavy camera wants to fall over if not just sat quite right

So sometimes I won’t hear that my child is up, because it’s not on the correct camera

We bought this camera in September 2020 and loved it

I wrote a very lengthy informative yet positive review on this camera, and they would not allow it to be posted, with pictures and even a video, I still enjoy the camera but knocking down stars due to them not allowing truthful information to be posted in a review.

During night mode, the camera makes clicking noises that wake up the child

One feature we really like is the audible alert on the monitor when the camera detects a loud noise, like a baby crying

and I think smart cameras are fantastic in the long term for the nursery especially as the baby gets older and is moving

This almost looks as good as 1080p wifi cameras, but unlike wifi cameras, you have no connectivity issues or lag

THEY REPLACED THE WHOLE DANG THING AND SAID ENJOY THE EXTRA CAMERA

~1 month ago our monitor unit's volume buttons stopped working and after emailing customer service they promptly sent a new monitor (and camera!) which works perfectly with the 2 cameras we have

It is simple to use (for parents and babysitters, grandparents, nannies), the screen is clear and a great size, the cameras (I have 2) connect to the monitor as soon as they are plugged in which makes traveling with these things a breeze, the range is very good, and the battery life lasts almost all day without needing to be recharged

I emailed eufy asking if it was possible to buy just a monitor since our camera was fine and instead they sent us an entire new camera/monitor set for free
