After seeing all the great reviews we decided to spend the extra money on what we were hoping was a better quality product however we were completely wrong!!

The only good thing is the customer service is great, because you’ll have to deal with them a lot and get a new monitor every 3 months because of the defective product.

I also own th eufy robovac - on my second one now - and their products are amazing.

I have Anker power cables, power banks, flash lights, as well as other Eufy products and their quality is much better, and to be honest their customer service is usually stellar but not this time around

What stood out more, Eufy wanted the old unit back so their product development team could learn from the part failure in an effort to continuously improve their product.

We were sent a replacement monitor that worked for a while, and then the same exact issues occurred again, convincing me that this is a faulty product.

I purchased two of these camera's for my daughter's rooms in February and April of this year and quickly determined that this is the worst baby product I have purchased since I had my eldest 3 1/2 years ago and a huge waste of money.

We have had product for approximately 3-4 months and now the battery dies super quickly and takes forever to charge

The monitor does a lot of things well, but the lack of durability and speed at which the product began to completely breakdown on us after a short period of moderate use ultimately means we can’t recommend

The system is fine but the light ruins the product for me!
