eufy Security SpaceView Baby Monitor, 5” LCD Display, 720p HD Resolution, 460 Ft Range, Wide-Angle Lens Included, Night Vision, 2-Way Audio, 2900mAh Rechargeable Battery, Smart Alert

    • To try to get the monitor turned off, we have to press down really hard on the power button for 10-15 seconds, and if we're lucky (less than 1 of 10 times), the screen will turn back on.
    • Sometimes I feel like it triggers when there's hardly any sound (and I've been awake listening to hear it), and other times it doesn't trigger until baby is really starting to get loud, so that's not ideal... however it works well enough for us to do the job
    • However if it breaks down again, we'll ask for a refund this time...
    • I like its quick response time and good video/audio quality
    • I have a hard time making out where my baby is at times
    • The time and temperature on the display is very helpful and easy to read
    • As anyone with a newborn knows it is hard enough to get into a routine with a baby without struggling with unreliable gear that is supposed to make your life a little easier during this very hectic time.
    • Battery life is great; pretty sure it doesnt go to 15hrs like advertised all the time, but i also have my screen brightness on the highest level majority of the time and the visual picture is always up
    • With it on the camera seems to have a hard time deciding if it wants night vision to be on or off
    • It had worked great for it's purposes, but I seem to be getting more and more issues as time rolls on
    • There are absolutely NO noises coming from the nursery right now but the sound alarm on this thing has gone off 20+ times in the last 10 minutes - and it's on the lowest
    • I'd lose signal half the time and the screen was so small
    • That said, I'm happy with the monitor and even happier to have had such an easy time getting a new unit shipped.
    • temperature wasn't accurate and it seemed to freeze a few times
    • It makes the most annoying hum the entire time it’s on from the monitor
    • Only complaint is the camera makes a small clicking noise each time the night vision camera is turned on.
    • Both times the customer service was amazing
    • We've had this camera roughly a year and 4 months which is good test time to write a review.
    • I had issues with my camera/monitor the first time I used the night vision mode
    • With more time using this monitor I like it even more.
    • Third time’s the charm; the new unit worked as expected without any connectivity issues and without the annoying anxiety-inducing alert beeps
    • Great day time video
    • Key fob signals and the camera randomized radio pattern sometimes overlap and if the timing is right the camera will move for about a second or so
    • This is super annoying as the monitor beeps every time connection is lost so I’m constantly hearing beeping in my dining room and living room
    • Features work well, use the intercom frequently during toddlers quiet time
    • Often times when i turn it on from idleness it takes a while for the wierd static to clear
    • The first unit we received had battery issues in which we had to keep it plugged to the charger all the time because it would die within a few hours of use
    • it wakes us every night without fail multiple times being because the battery is dead while it’s plugged into the wall
    • The picture quality became very blurry, but it was also inconsistent each time
    • And waking up to a monitor beeping at me simply because it can’t find the camera is about as obnoxious as nap time ending early
    • but I don’t like that the camera in the baby’s room makes a clicking noise every time I turn the monitor on and off.
    • The customer support person was very quick to respond and immediately sent me a replacement without giving me a hard time
    • I have Anker power cables, power banks, flash lights, as well as other Eufy products and their quality is much better, and to be honest their customer service is usually stellar but not this time around
    • ’s eyes shine like a shifter from “Supernatural” which was really creepy the first time
    • Also, the camera itself makes a terrible clicking noise every time it does pick up noise and kicks the monitor on
    • They're responsive, helpful, and it's clear they're committed to creating long time customers rather than short term gains
    • This time, the power button broke in exactly the same manner as the volume button with the first monitor
    • -Antenna has a hard time staying up.
    • n’t degrade
