Plays top games at high settings with 60+ fps

I can run all modern games in Ultra, no problem at all, even on my fairly dated machine (i5 760 with 8GB RAM)

No problem with overheating, I am not a major gamer and it handles the games I play at the high graphics setting with good frame rate and temp doesn't climb above 60.

Only downside is 3GB isn’t enough for modern games.

I can lay games in amaizing quality!

but I have found a few games that don't make it past 40 fps (whether thats poor game optimization or the hardware, can't really say)

and i can run games like overwatch at 60fps no problem at a really good settings... i also tested this setup with the witcher 3 and tweeking the settings i can have a playable experience, so, for the money, 100% recomended.

I used to rock an EVGA GTX 750 ti FTW in my rig, which I thought was good enough for me at the time, but I found it really held me back when playing games like GTA

The first game that I started it with, showed all video memory used and recommended dropping some features.

However many games released in the last three years run amazing at 1080p or 1440p and the GTX 1060 handles most games well, even heavily demanding games like The Witcher 3

Both cards are significantly more expensive, but for playing newer, more graphically intense games it's getting harder to skimp on the GPU prices

Within three days mine finally gave up with a hard boot and now every type of video hard artifacts and games run at 25 frames or less before crashing

I have never seen this game look so beautiful and play so smooth

The 6GB of VRAM is awesome, coming from a card that only had 2GB, there's no stuttering at all in modern games, there may be a drop in FPS with high settings, but no stuttering, or having the feeling of your card might die from the game it's running

Max/ultra settings applied to just about every game available in the market today runs great at 1920x1080, to include GTA, Arma, COD, COH2, etc.

it's a great card but, the boost clock only gives you what it thinks the game needs which sucks

Brought my several year old i5 Dell into modern game territory, well the ones I play which are not the cutting edg.

I bought the 3gb version and if your running only 8gbs of ram you may find trouble running some modern games smoothly so i'd recommend the going for the 6gb variant insted.

That's why it only gets 4 stars, because it's great, and can run some very modern games, however, you have to turn the settings down to do that, and it you're like me, and you play on PC so you can max out the graphics, you may struggle with this card

Witcher 3 and some assassins creed games run around that 40-60 maxed out, just don't use tons of msaa and antialiasing and you'll be fine
