My BT 4.0 devices do not show this issue at all (can walk 30+ feet away with minimal audio breakups regardless of location).

but it's not the adapter's fault, its more likely your device can't take all that extra voltage so it reroutes it back into the charger to make sure it doesn't blow up your devices

it is very good quality and working very well in addiyional to the extra USB port which make it easy charging another device with good result

My kids can watch something else on the ipads or sleep without the loud nose of a movie waking them up late at night!These BTX devices are SO convenient and useful, it's hard to imagine doing things without them!

Despite some negative feedback, this device worked very well for me.

While in transmission mode, this device produces a hiss to it that is very noticeable if the source volume is low.
