You have to use a pot holder or risk burning your hand

you put the egg cup into the holder, turn the little egg cup holder so you can put the lid on all the way.-When egg is done use an oven mitt to empty the cup onto your plate and not burn your hand

The little handles are not big enough for a pot holder and you'll burn your hand if you don't use something.

Pan and all handles will burn your hands.
