I put enough water in the pan to touch the bottom of the egg cups then bring to a boil.

When the water starts to boil, I add the egg tray and lid

The little handles are not big enough for a pot holder and you'll burn your hand if you don't use something.

you put the egg cup into the holder, turn the little egg cup holder so you can put the lid on all the way.-When egg is done use an oven mitt to empty the cup onto your plate and not burn your hand

Advertised as a stay cool handle - I burned my hand on the handle first time using it.

The only complaint is that the egg cups are sort of hard to remove from the pan when you're ready.

This was so easy to use the first time-the egg cups were easy to pick up, the eggs were perfectly cooked and slid right out of the cup.

The four removable egg cups are big enough to hold large eggs without any run-over, the non-stick surface works well, and clean-up is easy and quick.

Egg cups are difficult to get out - they are small and very hot when used.

The individual egg cups are hot too and difficult to remove with a pad

Only knock against it is that it is a bit tricky to get the eggs out of the pan and onto the toast without burning your finger tips

They really weren,t great looking and there was always water when put on toast/plate

However, the metal rings around the cups are a bit hard to pick up when hot because of design

I smeared a very little bit of olive oil along the insides of a cup and cracked an egg.
