It's the perfect size for scrambling eggs or cooking a pork chop or small steak.

Pan size (diameter) is so much smaller than the one replaced that in 10 minutes cooking the pan is dry.

I like the size and needed to replace my old one but areas to improve:1) plastic egg cups ... so takes a lot longer to cook than the old aluminum ones2) plastic egg cups sticky to the eggs3

and you'll all be better off just dropping eggs in a pot of water for evenly cooked eggs

There was no way I was ever going to get an evenly cooked egg.

It made perfect poached eggs and they slid right out of the cups.

Also, I find the it takes 8 minutes to make perfect poached eggs with no runny white stuff, not six minutes in the directions.

You have to master the amount of time that you have the eggs in there for, but once you do, it is perfect every time.

I agree with everything other bad reviews have said (horrible conductivity, uneven cooking, excessive moisture in egg cups, etc.)

Also, occasionally a little water from the steam will set on top of the eggs, you can easily dump that extra moisture out back into the pan before adding them to your bowl/plate to avoid unnecessary sogginess
