This is a very nice quality and poaches eggs perfectly.
But, just beware that you will likely need to replace it after a few months, or in the alternative buy a better quality poacher, if you want a poacher that lasts for more than one year.
Even when greasing, however, the pan is very hard to clean as there is egg residue on the pan that has to be scrubbed out.
As an engineer at a major medical device & pharma company, I have access to very expensive sophisticated test equipment, so I sampled some of the coating off of the surface of the poacher and tested it to determine the material as well as it's constituent components
The first two times I’ve used it I had a real problem with the eggs sticking
You will have to experiment to discover the right cooking time for your stove and pan, etc.
The eggs slide right out (I use a little cooking spray) and are perfect every time
You really want your poached eggs to come out in one piece so they will look nice on your muffin or whatever, but my eggs stick every time and cleaning this thing is a real chore!!
Once you master these factors, you have perfect eggs every time!
Note the handle gets so hot you have to use a pot holder to use.
Also, the handle gets very hot (and has fallen off once already) and it's very hard to lift the poacher out of the pan of hot water with an oven mitt without dipping the oven mitt in the eggs
The handle fell off within 2 weeks but it still comes in handy.
the handle gets hot during use and I do not have small fingers

This poacher does not have standoffs to elevate it above the boiling water; thus it cooks the eggs from the bottom up and by the time the top of the egg is cooked the yoke is completely hard
This item cooks the eggs from the bottom up and by the time the top of the egg is cooked the yoke is completely hard and it is definitely not non-stick, even after oiling the cups.
The only problem with this poacher the yoke is over cooked and the white is not done
No worry about breaking the yoke or having trouble scooping the egg out of boiling water
