Norpro 992 Nonstick 4-Egg Poacher, 8.5 inch, Black

    • This pan is very easy to use and works perfectly
    • Even when greasing, however, the pan is very hard to clean as there is egg residue on the pan that has to be scrubbed out.
    • But there is a trade-off: the egg cooks somewhat unevenly (from the outside in), and even the most expensive pans stick
    • My favorite eggs are poached and this pan makes it very easy to make the perfect poached eggs
    • Was disappointed, Poacher pan works nicely as I have had smaller ones and this size is better.

    • Great non-stick pan at a reasonable price.
    • Works great in combination with my 10" stainless steel frying pan and lid.
    • Got rust all of over our good stainless pans.
    • I DO NOT use the center handle to remove the hot pan from the hot water.
