I have 17 F250 King Ranch, and have struggled to find the right car mount for my phone

After wasting my money on a magnetic holder that will not work through a cell phone case, and a couple different unstable vent and dash mounts, this mount keeps my smart phone solidly in perfect position for good signal reception and less stress on my charging cable

and as I said it is the best mount I have ever had.

I've been searching and searching for something that will work well on my H2 since the windshield is so far away from the driver but this mount works great!

The mount secures my Samsung Galaxy with a bulky Otter Box case just fine

Excellent Car Phone Mount fits perfectly on my Toyota Land Cruiser.

The mount is sturdy; I don't need the support device which attaches to the car dash.

My boyfriend has the same mount and it works fine

CONS:*Was not trustworthy in my preferred mounting location.*Suction cup seemed weak or inadequate for the amount of weight it would hold.*From outside the vehicle, the suction cup was very noticeable and unattractive where it attached to the windshield.*Hard to adjust- the tube is very stiff and you have to take the whole assembly off to make any changes

The additional mount is great for preventing jostling of the phone when we hit bumps, but unfortunately the adhesive underneath the mount is not strong enough to hold the arm/unit in place

Magnetic mounts are better

so it doesn't bounce around like the free hanging mounts do.

This worked quite well for a few months...but after two days of 90+ degrees, the adhesive on the stabilizing mount (not the suction cup) broke loose...and it's impossible to remount after that, because the adhesive no longer adheres, and unless the angle is *exactly* what it was before
