You are supposed to be able to create areas in the system to minimize false alarms

This results in so many false alarms I don't even check anymore

Still tweaking the motion detection zones to minimize false alarms

So, for example, if your front porch chairs go missing while you were gone and had motion alerts off because you got SOOO MANY false alarms, you would have to click around for a long time to find out when your chair got taken since you can't speed it up and have no feedback from the camera's timeline as to when a motion event occurred

The only place you can use the quadrilateral point system is in video playback, which in my mind is too little too late and does nothing to help with minimizing false alarms

It's good for telling right away if there is a false alarm or real break-in.

so its pretty much useless, the video export really sucks as it exports random sized files instead of one file which you could cut and edit yourself later if you want

To date I have had no issues with any of the hardware, everything works as it should

I just checked it from the other side of town and the cameras are as clear as on my TV monitor and the features are easy to access on my phone
