    EZVIZ FULL HD 1080p Outdoor Surveillance System, 4 Weatherproof HD Security Cameras, 4 Channel 1TB DVR Storage, 100ft Night Vision, Customizable Motion Detection

    • Customer support told me they do not sell the DVR by itself.
    • I was about to send the unit back but decided to give customer support a try.
    • I now have one camera that is malfunctioning and contacted customer support via the email
    • Initial setup was pretty stressful, but EZVIZ customer support was sooo patient and helpful.
    • Product is well built but poorly executed through terrible customer support (nobody answers their support number)
