Overall hardware is good quality, the software is abysmal .

the app was bad and just wasted a lot of time screwing around with the bad software

The weakness of this product is the software.

I'm giving it 3 stars mainly because the camera cable wires could be better made better and the software has browser issues

The cameras are easy to install, come with drill templates, and the software is easy to navigate

The software isn’t Fantastic and the motion alerts are impossible to get the correct setting for all times of the day

so its pretty much useless, the video export really sucks as it exports random sized files instead of one file which you could cut and edit yourself later if you want

The pictures are clear, almost as good as with IP cameras

To date I have had no issues with any of the hardware, everything works as it should

I just checked it from the other side of town and the cameras are as clear as on my TV monitor and the features are easy to access on my phone
