The other time I had to restart the phone; I think the battery lost contact with the phone long enough for it to turn off.

My battery break the contact now is not working

The right edge on mine is curved about a full centimeter away from the edge, and does not cover the front edge of the phone, so the contact with the battery sometimes comes loose and the phone shuts off, and all kinds of dirt and debris get into the phone

I received a battery that was faulty & contacted Anker & they went above & beyond to make sure the problem was promptly taken care of

This battery is two battery in one..the bigger battery is connected to the small one with two small contact very easy to break

Also, after a while the case started getting lose, and the battery loses contact causing the phone to shut off

The glue that keep the two battery together is very bad...and if you lift the big battery you will break the contact

The phone now works exactly as it is supposed to!If you remember Nokia phones from a decade ago that lasted a week on one charge, this battery will remind you of that long-forgotten feeling.

I didn't see any changes in performance of the device or anything that is not working as it was before start using the battery.

Works great, only complaint is that the case doesn't hug my phone as tightly as I would like.

I do recommend this battery as I can go days without recharging.
