I know this could be a defective battery, I still believe Anker is the best on these products

Anker loses a star here as it would have been a much better case with a full matte or different textured surface on the back versus the current glossy implementation
I received a battery that was faulty & contacted Anker & they went above & beyond to make sure the problem was promptly taken care of

The phone/case worked fine for a short time, but then my original Samsung charging cable began having the same charging issues, and now the replacement cable I purchased has had the same issue--the connection blinks on/off depending on the angle of the cord, so I can't touch the phone while it is plugged in or the connection breaks and charging fails
Battery life is great, the fit of the case is so-so, it wants to come loose from the top but overall a good purchase.

TPU Case-------------Coverage - Excellent all around device coverage that is snug and raises above the screen.
The other time I had to restart the phone; I think the battery lost contact with the phone long enough for it to turn off.

The right edge on mine is curved about a full centimeter away from the edge, and does not cover the front edge of the phone, so the contact with the battery sometimes comes loose and the phone shuts off, and all kinds of dirt and debris get into the phone
The downside is the thickness and weight of the battery.
The ladies might not like the added thickness or weight if they're dropping it in a clutch for the evening, but if they are a text freak they might just get used to it, LOL!!!!

The battery does add twice the thickness and weight to the phone but that does not bother me at all
I would recommend this product if battery life is more important to you than a sleek, light phone, NFC, and perfect signal.
I have been pleased so far with the battery i saw some reviews mentioning weaker signal strength on phones and their batteries
It does not have an antenna on the battery, I only mention this as I have noticed some reduced or no bars of service in areas where signal was weak.
Wonderful battery, great long life but signal decrease like 20% at least but still being a good battery especially for go camping or places where no charge is possible.

One remark I'd like to make is that we live in an area that has spotty and poor cell coverage so that chews up battery more quickly, so if the batteries are lasting up to 5 days without having to be charged, that is a GOOD battery
If you frequent areas with poor cell reception do not but this product!!!,
