Regardless of this inconvenience I contacted the manufacture and they gave me a great customer services and a replacement is being provided while I send my unit back to amazon

The customer support team reached out and sent me a new cable and the Qualcomm 3.0 quick charge adapter
Free of any worries , u just have to place ur phone on the deck and it safely keeps charging

It is quite small, more white than blue in color, and just bright enough to easily see in a well-lit room
