Would prefer a sharpener for the lead size in the top instead of an eraser
Boyfriend is a pipe fitter and I gave it to him as a part of his birthday gift jokingly after he had such a problem with crappy sharpeners for his work pencils etc etc.
like this one had no sharpener, instead they gave you an eraser....
The sharpener works well and the point is sturdy once sharp.

The lead is once in the penci is nearly unbreakable, the lead gives a great thick dark line, the lead stays in the pencil firmly, the lead won't slide in like with other mechanical construction pencils, and the pencil is very easy to refill and adjust the lead length
