This creates a critical issue because of the safety features of the shredder means it will not work unless perfectly seated on the basket - and when the basket deforms it won't seat properly, thus 8 months into ownership this thing is a doorstop.

This month, it finally froze forever after two lousy years of personal (not business) use.

But 3-4 months is absurd for its cost.
