    Fender Straplock W/Button

    • The screws will get loose with use, so be sure to check them once in a while and tighten them up so they don't thread out.
    • Easy to installNo hassle: screw included in the kit
    • Can't replace a thicker screw with a skinnier screw
    • In this case the #6 screws are smaller than #8's that come off the Squier,so the screws are too loose in the body holes
    • And reaming out the hole on the strap button to fit the larger screw doesn't work because the #8 screw head interferes with attaching the quick release part
    • Well, the screws they come with are smaller in width than the stock screws on my fender telecaster
    • Once I did that, the screws went in just fine and they felt secure.
    • On a side note, the screw hole at the bottom of my Strat had worn and the screw was very loose - so I removed the screw, added some wood glue into the hole and broke off two toothpicks in the hole as well - I left it overnight and the next day the screw fit like it was a newly drilled hole - just an FYI in
    • I always loose an screw that is cliped on the belt
